Terms & Conditions

By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale.

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3 business days to verify and process your order, and an additional 2-3 business days for National delivery and 6-15 business days for International delivery.

All orders are shipped via PostNL including international orders. You are responsible for any customs tariffs your package may incur upon import to your country.
Please note international package will be delivered by the local postal carrier company and If there is an issue with a delivery after it enters a different country it is completely out of the hands of the Netherlands post service.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments, except the items mentioned in our Return Policy.
International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to country and included in the order total at the time of checkout.

Return Policy

Commissions and Custom Art.

We do not issue refunds and/or accept cancellations, or allow changes in the request after the painting process has already started.
All orders will be sent safely and packaged depending on the dimensions of the painting.

If your art piece arrives damaged, a new piece will be granted free of charge, but the making process (1 month minimum) has still to be taken into consideration and the shipping cost will be responsibility of the buyer.

Other Art pieces.

Once the item has been shipped, we do not issue refunds and/or accept cancellations or exchanges.

All content and art works of our website is protected by The Copyright Index in accordance with international copyright laws.
